Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in Hartford with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
