Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Forge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
