Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Juniper Energy is an energy provider in Hartford focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 560 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
