Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Hartford, CT)

Fernwood Haven Medical designs and makes medical devices in Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
