Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Glen Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Hartford. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 725 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
