Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Hartford. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
