Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Iron Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Hartford. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
