Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
