Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Wren Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Grand Rapids with a full calendar of events, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
