Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in Fresno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 609 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
