Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Nest Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Fresno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
