Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Harbor Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Fresno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
