Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Bridge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Fresno working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
