Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits.
