Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fresno, CA)

Summit Union Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Fresno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
