Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Quill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Fresno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
