Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge Umber Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Fort Worth. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
