Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across Fort Worth. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
