Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Rowan Health is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
