Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 346 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
