Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around El Paso. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
