Fernwood Juniper Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
