Redstone Lantern Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
