Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in El Paso producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
