Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Juniper Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
