Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Technologies manufactures parts and assemblies at its Detroit plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
