Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Loom Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Detroit. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
