Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Bright Fern Hospitality is a hospitality company in Detroit with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 761 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
