Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Detroit. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
