Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Clearpath Nest Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Detroit area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
