Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Rook Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
