Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Cedar Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Detroit region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 355 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
