Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Fern Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Des Moines. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
