Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
