Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Wren Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Des Moines focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
