Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Union Health and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
