Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Haven Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
