Lumen Transit Planning Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
