Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Des Moines region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
