Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

Cedar Umber Facilities looks after properties across the Denver region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 452 people based in Denver. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
