Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

Cedar Haven Pharma develops and makes medicines in Denver, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
