Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ridge Construction and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Denver. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
