Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Lantern Medical is a Denver company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 938 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
