Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

Cedar Bridge Freight is a Denver logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
