Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Denver. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
