Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Vista Manufacturing is a Denver manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
