Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Junction Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Denver plant. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
