Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Forge Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
