Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Linden Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
