Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Hospitality Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
